Montageempfehlung – CLASSIC-Messerklingensystem
Unsere Montageempfehlungen dienen als unverbindliche Orientierungshilfe. Falls abweichend, haben die Herstellervorgaben Vorrang.
Erforderliches Werkzeug, Hilfsmittel und Schutzausrüstung:
- Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher PH2 – wahlweise mit unserem coolen Bithalter
- Schnittschutzhandschuhe
Montagevorgang:
- Vorpositionierung: Bohrung der Messerklinge in Bund der Messerklingenschraube einlegen. Auf korrekte Führung und Zentrierung beachten.
- Ansetzen: Vorpositionierte Schraube und Meserklinge an der Gewindehülse ansetzen
- Fortsetzung: Schritt 1 & 2 bis zur vollständigen Bestückung wiederholen
- Verschraubung: Alle Schrauben gleichmäßig mit mäßigem Drehmoment (Richtwert 1Nm) festziehen.
- Kontrolle: Prüfen, ob die Messerklingen freigängig sind, sodass diese schwingen können und nicht von der Schraube eingeklemmt wurden
- Gegenkontrolle: Seitliche Betrachtung, um sicherzustellen, dass die Messerklingen durch den Bund geführt werden
