How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 5pm are usually dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri) .
According to our analysis of deliveries in 2024, the
average delivery time is:

  • Within Germany: 1.3 working days
  • Within the EU: 3.2 working days
I forgot an item in my order and immediately reordered. Will I be refunded the shipping costs?

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we cannot refund shipping costs for multiple orders placed on the same day.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details below.
Once your order has been processed, unfortunately no changes or cancellations are possible.

How does the return work?

You can return items within 14 days of receipt.
Please return the item in its original, unused condition if possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount within 3 working days.

Performance, safety and quality

Does the new PREMIUM knife blade system fit the existing knife plates?

The new PREMIUM knife blade system is not compatible with older knife plates , as the longer blades would cause collisions in most cases.
It can only be used with our performance blade plates from MK4 onwards .

You can also find this information in the technical data and compatibility description of the respective products.

If you still need a compatible system for your existing blade discs, we recommend our CLASSIC system with its unique screw locking mechanism. This allows you to continue using your existing system without restrictions.

Is it normal for the knife blade screws to be difficult to screw in?

Yes, that's normal.
Thanks to our unique screw locking system, the screws require a little more force when screwing them in. However, this targeted clamping is necessary to prevent the screws from accidentally loosening during operation.
Safety is our top priority – a tight fit ensures that the blades are held securely.
In the next production batch we will readjust the clamping accordingly to make assembly easier without compromising safety.

Are the new knife plates compatible with the Classic knife blade system?

Basically yes.
However, this results in a smaller cutting diameter and a higher weight , as described in detail on the product pages.

Our proprietary, super-sharp PREMIUM blade system, combined with our performance blade discs, guarantees maximum cutting performance and the highest precision – for a long-lasting, perfect lawn cut .

Thanks to the optimized aerodynamics, the special design not only reduces operating noise , but also minimizes friction and resistance – for even more efficient mowing.

What is the noise level of the latest generation of knife discs?

Through aerodynamic optimizations of the knife blade system and the design of the knife plates, we were able to reduce the noise level almost to the original level despite still having a very high number of knife blades .

The average increase in volume is only a few decibels and is subjectively barely noticeable .

Better sound: Thanks to the maximum cutting performance, mowing no longer sounds strained or “tortured”, but smooth and pleasant .

Conclusion: The new generation of blade discs offers an optimized noise level without compromising performance.

- Kann man den Bit in euerm Bithalter wechseln?

Ja, ein Wechsel ist grundsätzlich möglich.

Allerdings erfolgt die Fixierung des Bits ohne Magnet oder Federmechanismus. Dadurch kann die Haltekraft mit jedem Wechsel leicht nachlassen.

Dennoch bleibt der Bit auch nach sehr vielen Wechseln fixiert und einsatzbereit.

Will the battery consumption of my robotic lawnmower increase due to the increased weight?

The increased weight of the blade discs results from the increased number of blades and their connections. However, this does not automatically result in higher battery consumption or greater drive load.
The optimized, aerodynamic design
reduces air resistance , while our knife blades with maximum cutting performance minimize cutting resistance .
Rotating components generate a moment of inertia. A higher weight means a larger inertial mass , which can temporarily increase energy consumption slightly during the start-up phase. During regular operation, however, the blade disc speed remains constant. The higher inertial mass compensates for load peaks —for example, in denser grass— so the motor requires less energy to maintain rotation.
Additionally, when mowing wet grass, grass clippings can
stick to the blade disc . This additional weight roughly corresponds to the weight difference between our blade discs and also occurs with original parts .
Overall, there are no significant disadvantages , and no negative effects were found in any of our long-term tests .

Are the parts balance tested?

Yes, our rotationally symmetrical components, such as the rotating blade discs, are regularly and exemplarily checked for imbalance.
The results from our
certified service providers confirm that the balancing quality of the original parts is not exceeded , even with a higher number of connections. This is achieved and ensured by our design, highly accurate centering, and precise manufacturing .
The tests are carried out according to
international and therefore also German standards .
Advantage: Minimal imbalance ensures particularly smooth running, reduces centrifugal forces and thus protects the mower.

Does 3D printing result in an irregular surface?

The quality and appearance of the surface structure is an essential part of our product design.

Can the material withstand the load?

Our products have been carefully developed to remain durable and safe even under increased stress.

Extensive testing:
In contrast to many other manufacturers, our knife discs undergo
long-term practical testing , a centrifugal force test to determine strength and an imbalance test – while other systems often remain untested.

Will security be compromised?

No, modern robotic lawnmowers have extensive safety mechanisms , including collision sensors, lift sensors, ultrasonic sensors, intelligent camera systems, and blade stop systems . These features remain unchanged with our parts and continue to ensure that the blades stop immediately if the robot is lifted or an obstacle is detected.

Minimized risk of injury:
These mechanisms continuously reduce the risk, especially for children and animals.

For significantly larger knife disc systems, we develop a specifically tailored knife guard . Our knife discs in the Extension series are offered exclusively with compatible protective equipment to ensure full safety functionality.

Faster mowing, shorter danger time:
More
efficient mowing with our parts means the mowing process is completed faster. This reduces operating time and thus the potential duration of hazards.

The knife blades are touching each other. Does this cause problems?

No, this is impossible due to the design. During operation, the blades are pushed radially outward by centrifugal force . This physical property ensures that they are always in a stable position and cannot come into contact with each other .

What is the advantage of an increased cutting width?

A larger cutting width brings several advantages:

More efficient edge mowing – Fewer lawn edges remain uncut, reducing or even eliminating manual re-mowing

Higher track overlap – Already mown areas are lightly covered again so that as many blades of grass as possible are cut

Time savings & greater efficiency – The wider mowing path means more area is mowed in less time , making optimal use of the battery life

What is odometry and what does it have to do with your spikes?

Odometry is a positioning measurement technique that calculates distance traveled based on wheel revolutions. It is often used in robotic lawnmowers, autonomous vehicles, and robotic systems.

How does this system work?

  • Sensors measure the rotation of the wheels and use this to calculate the distance traveled.
  • In combination with changes in direction, the robot can calculate its current position.
  • Some systems also use gyroscopes or accelerometers to adjust and further refine the precision of the odometry.

What problem does spinning tires cause?
If the traction of the wheels is insufficient, the wheels may spin. This registers wheel rotations that do not contribute to actual movement. This causes the robotic lawnmower to miscalculate its position and assume it is in a different location than it actually is.

How do your spikes help with odometry?
Thanks to the improved traction, the robotic lawnmower stays stable in its lane, which allows the odometry to determine its position precisely and thus avoids errant trips outside the mowing zone - thus keeping the flowers in the bed unharmed.
