Installation recommendation – knife plate single-plate system
Our installation recommendations serve as a non-binding guide. In case of deviations, the manufacturer's specifications take precedence.
Required tools, aids and protective equipment:
- 3 mm hexagon socket as a key or bit for screwdrivers – optionally with our cool bit holder (for new screws)
Assembly process:
- Disassembly: Removal of the original components
- Orientation: Ensure the correct alignment of the drivers on the shaft flange --> The drivers must be inserted into the holes – not into the threads
- Fastening: Insert the screws and tighten them evenly with a moderate torque (guide value 1 Nm).
- Knife assembly: Install the knife blade as recommended:
